Education · School Leaders

Notice the change. Make the next conversation count.

A student who usually takes part becomes quiet. Assignments begin to go missing. A teacher notices a change, but the student may describe a different concern when someone takes time to ask.

The Kaiden Project™ / KaidenOS™ is being developed to help schools connect student reflection, adult observations and follow-through. The purpose is to give authorized staff a clearer record of what the student shared, who will respond, and when they will check in again.

Teachers, counselors and school leaders bring the judgment. The student remains part of the conversation. A record supports the relationship; it does not explain a student on its own.

Support Before Failure.
