Growth support should fit the student's stage.

Build Me™ — Kindergarten–Grade 5
The early years create opportunities to help children name their strengths, express how they feel about school, and practice asking a trusted adult for help. The intended experience uses age-appropriate reflection and adult guidance.

Find Me™ — Grades 6–8
As relationships and expectations change, students need space to explore interests, belonging and the choices they are making. Reflection should lead to a useful conversation and an achievable next step, with support from the adults who know them.

Launch Me™ — Grades 9–12
Older students need opportunities to connect their strengths and interests with goals, responsibilities and plans beyond school. The intended pathway supports reflection, planning and follow-through while leaving educational decisions with students and authorized adults.

These are development directions for the K-12 experience. They are not claims of measured improvement in attendance, achievement or wellbeing.
