Keep the plan, repair and follow-up in the same conversation.

Start with a loss your team repeatedly discusses: short stops, a recurring component problem or a corrective action that keeps losing its maintenance window. The pilot records the production plan, event history, owner, constraints and the test required before the issue can close.

Indicative pilot-stage commercial model. Prices are in USD and describe proposed scope, subject to a written agreement and demonstrated availability. A tier description is a commercial design, not evidence that every capability is production-ready. Pilot access is included for the agreed 90-day period. Annual licensing begins under a separate agreement after the pilot; pilot fees are not recurring revenue.

A complex plant, with separately scoped multi-site rolloutGive corporate and site leaders a consistent review of recurring losses, unresolved commitments, deployment and verification across contracted facilities.

All three plans provide for unlimited authorized operational users within the contracted scope. Viewing, assigning, verifying, exporting and administering remain separate permissions. Basic data protection and access control are required in every plan. Unlimited users does not mean unlimited implementation hours, storage, travel or custom development.

The pilot-stage input model uses authorized entries and approved CSV/Excel exports. Existing plant systems remain authoritative. Custom connectors, automated machine feeds, SSO and other enterprise integrations are separately scoped and must be configured and tested before being represented as available. Buying a higher tier does not make an unbuilt integration available.
