Built to work with your operation—not take control of it.

Built to work with your operation—not take control of it.

ExecutionOS™ is an operational infrastructure layer designed to connect the information, people and follow-through that already exist across a facility. It does not replace your ERP, MES, CMMS, OEE, quality, warehouse or maintenance systems. It creates a controlled operating record around recurring loss, assigned deployment, corrective action and verified resolution.

Early deployments begin with the lowest-risk approved information source: authorized user entry, existing reports and controlled CSV or Excel uploads. Direct access to production equipment is not required.

What ExecutionOS does

One controlled layer for the operational story your systems do not connect.

Most facilities already have systems that record production, maintenance, quality, inventory and financial activity. The gap is often what happens between the signal and the verified result.

ExecutionOS connects:

ExecutionOS is designed to help leaders determine whether the work was assigned, completed, verified and sustained—not simply whether the event was entered into another system.

What ExecutionOS does not do

Clear technology boundaries protect the plant.

In the current early-stage deployment model, ExecutionOS does not:

The customer remains in control of its systems, data sources, authorized users and approved information-sharing boundaries.
